O2 Business Zones Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer is available to both new and existing O2 customers with 2 or more mobiles on our 'Best for Business' or 'Mobile Extension' tariffs.
  2. Connection to O2 is subject to status, credit checking and the terms of a 12 month minimum term airtime contract.
  3. Minimum term is 3 months.
  4. You can end your subscription at any time after the first 2 months by giving 30 days' notice.
  5. You can choose your 'O2 Business Zones' by completing an Airtime Contract and Customer Requirements Form, or by calling Business Customer Services on the number which appears on your bill. Standard call charges for calling this number apply.
  6. You can change your selected 'O2 Business Zones' every 3 months by calling Business Customer Services.
  7. Call prices are quoted by the minute, exclude VAT and are charged in one-second increments, then rounded up to the nearest second.
  8. Minimum call charge is 2.55p (ex VAT).
  9. Applies to calls made from mobiles in the UK to 2 nominated UK fixed line, Standard Trunk Dialling (STD) code areas of your choice.
  10. Subscription of 84p (ex VAT) per mobile applies to all mobiles in your account each month.
