Find the device you want online, and we'll check the stock in your nearest stores. If it's available you can collect the same day, and could even get it in minutes.
If it's not immediately available in your local store, we'll order it in for you, or you can choose a different store.
- Collecting your order
To collect your order in store, you'll need to bring your 4 digit collection reference, which you'll find on your confirmation email, and your passport or UK photo driving licence.
If someone's collecting for you, they'll need to bring the confirmation email which includes the 4 digit reference code and photo ID confirming both yours and their identity. This should be a passport or UK photo driving licence.
We'll look after your order for seven days – if you haven't collected by then we'll cancel the order and give you a refund.

Home delivery
Order your device by midnight for free next working day delivery.

We'll text you on the day to tell you when your order will arrive.
Buying a phone or tablet? Order by midnight, and you’ll get free home delivery the next working day, in non-remote locations. You’ll get a text on the day of delivery to let you know when your order should arrive. Or, if you need to, you can reschedule the delivery.
Ordering a sim or accessory? You’ll get free delivery and your order should arrive within five working days.

If you’re not going to be around all day you can pay for our premium delivery service for your phone or tablet, and choose a time that suits you. You can pick morning, afternoon or evening delivery. And, you can even get your delivery over the weekend.
