These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Offer. Participation and/or claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

3 Months’ Free Tariff
1. Eligible Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase (a “Participant”) can get the first 3 months of their monthly Small Biz tariff charge for free on an Eligible Tablet (“Free Tariff”) when they purchase any handset. Free Tariff will be applied as a 100% discount bolt-on over months 2, 3, and 4 to Small Biz tariff charges for the Tablet. This offer does not apply to additional and premium-rate charges or Bolt Ons.
2. One Free Tariff per Qualifying Purchase only.
3. The Offer Discount will be subject to availability of Eligible Tablet at the point of redemption, while stocks last.
4. O2 reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time which may include the substitution of the Free Airtime for a suitable alternative. No cash or other alternatives.

Eligibility & Participation
5. This Offer is open to Small Biz tariff customers, (new or re-signing) (“Eligible Customers”), who make a Qualifying Purchase.

6. Eligible Tablets or handsets that are purchased and returned within the Change-Your-Mind period, do not qualify for this Offer. Purchases made through a third party distributor are excluded and will not qualify for this Offer.
7. Participants who disconnect from the Qualifying Purchase tariff and reconnect (for whatever reason) will not qualify for this Offer.
8. Participants who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Offer will be disqualified and will be liable to pay for the Free Tariff received.
How to claim
9. Participants must purchase an Eligible Tablet together with any handset and this first 3 months Free Tariff offer will be applied automatically at point of sale.
10. Participants must claim their Offer Discount at the same time and in the same transaction as their Qualifying Purchase.
Other important terms
11. Participants should retain a copy of their receipt as proof of purchase.
12. O2 reserves the right to remove promotional material from circulation, amend these Terms or withdraw the Offer at any point during the Offer Period. In the case of amendment or withdrawal a notice will be posted at the top of these Terms. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Double Data for an alternative of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. O2 will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Offer or accepting or using the Double Data, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
14. O2’s decision is final with regard to all Offer matters.
15. By participating in the Offer, all Participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participation and Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms.
16. Data Protection: By participating in the Offer, Participants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller and the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the Participant has consented.
