Phone Health Check terms and conditions
Health Check appointments are subject to availability and on a first come first served basis. Health Check appointments are not available in every store. Appointments may take up to 45 minutes. Health Checks can make improvements to the way your phone runs, but this is not guaranteed.
Health Checks are diagnostic checks and phones will not be repaired at the appointments.
Whether a phone passes or fails a Health Check is at the sole discretion of the O2 Guru. A phone Health Check does not address any damage or fault to the phone that would not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or if there is any customer damage such as water damage and cracked screens.
