Sony Xperia™ BRAVIA CORE™ Offer ("Offer")

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By entering this promotion you agree to the terms and conditions and rules set out below. In addition, any instructions on how to enter this Offer form part of these terms and conditions.

1. The BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA access program (the “Program”) is available in Europe2 on Sony’s XPERIA smartphone models which are part of the Program (“Eligible Smartphone”).*3

2. The purchase price of an Eligible Smartphone includes a temporary access to the BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA service, subject to the terms and conditions below: i) 5 movie credits for your Eligible Smartphone to use against a selection of at least 300 movies (one movie credit is sufficient to redeem one movie). The movie credits will expire 12 months from being added to your BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA account upon registration, but you may watch the movies you have redeemed via BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA until February 23, 2028, subject to BRAVIA CORE Terms of Service; If you already have an existing BRAVIA CORE account registered through any eligible devices, you are able to access and redeem your entitlement via either BRAVIA CORE or BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA apps; and ii) temporary access to Subscription Video-on-Demand contents for 12 months via BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA Subscription Video-on-Demand for your Eligible Smartphone. Subscription period will begin from the time of registration of your BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA account. At the end of the temporary subscription period acquired with your Eligible Smartphone, your access to the Subscription Video-On-Demand content will cease. Any renewal will be subject to agreement with the provider of the BRAVIA CORE service, subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions for that service. You are able to access your entitlement via either BRAVIA CORE or BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA apps.

3. To benefit from the Program, you have to register an account for BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA on your Eligible Smartphone by February 23, 2026. If you have not registered by this date, your access to the BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA service under the Program will expire at that time. If you already have a BRAVIA CORE account created via your other eligible devices, you may access this Program by logging into your existing BRAVIA CORE account on your Eligible Smartphone. Once you have created an account or signed in for the first time as a BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA user, you will receive an account confirmation email and the BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA movie credits and Subscription Video-on-Demand detailed above will automatically be added to your account. The BRAVIA CORE's Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the use of BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA. To register a BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA account, you must be 18 years of age or older, and accept the BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA 's Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Redemption of this Program requires the version of the BRAVIA CORE app to be up to date on your Eligible Smartphone. The latest version of the BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA app is available on Google Play Store. You are entitled to one voucher for this Program per Eligible Smartphone purchase. If you purchase more than one device, please reach out to customer support for eligible voucher code(s).

4. It is not possible to purchase additional credits as part of this Program at this time. Available movie titles are subject to change without notice. All titles are offered in the highest available format including Standard Definition, High Definition 4K, 4K HDR, or 4K IMAX®-Enhanced, availability varies by market, title and model. Select movies are offered in 21:9 aspect ratio.

5. You may stream on up to 4 eligible devices per BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA account at a time. BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA is not available, or may not be supported, in every country and language. Sony reserves the right to make changes to, suspend access to, and/or terminate the BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA platform at any time. BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA is not responsible for network restrictions or available bandwidth. Network service provider restrictions and terms may apply.

6. Sony does not provide refunds or credits for any partial periods or unused credit and/or unwatched BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA content. Your access to the BRAVIA CORE for XPERIA service under the Program is non-transferable and non-refundable. Movie credits have no cash or refund Version – March 2021 value and are not for sale or resale.
