Jet2Holidays Prize Draw - November 2022

Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 18+.

Prize Draw Start and End Dates: Prize Draw is open from 31 October – 30 November 2022.

Number of Winners: Two

How to Enter: Tap ‘ENTER NOW’ within the Jet2Holidays Prize Draw in the Priority app and you will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. No other method of entry valid. Only one entry per Priority member.

If You Win: Winners will be selected in a random draw and will be contacted via the same email address and/or phone number you used to enter the Prize Draw from 30 November 2022. If you don’t respond within 48 hours of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be drawn. Winners will be contacted by PromoVeritas, a promotion verification service.

Prize Draw T&Cs: This Prize Draw entitles you to the chance to win one of two £10,000 Jet2holidays vouchers (issued in the form of a prize-winning letter). Please note, the winners of the £10,000 Jet2holidays Prizes will be unable to use the £75 Jet2 voucher that is available on Priority, towards the cost of any Jet2holidays booking that is paid for (in whole or part) using the £10,000 prize winning letter.

Please note, the Prize must be used by the winners on a new Jet2holidays booking, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking.

The winners may book more than one holiday using the Prize but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the £10,000, but the difference in value must be paid at the same time. It is not possible to have a remaining value leftover on the voucher to be used at a later date. The Prize MUST BE redeemed by 31 January 2023 and all travel must be completed by 31 October 2024. If the Prize is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.

Optional extras may be added at the winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.

If any holiday booked by the winners with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a prize-winning letter and cash).

Where the holiday is booked using the Prize, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/accommodation supplements are included in the Prize and these must be paid for by the winners at the time of booking for all the travelling party. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.

The Prize and any holiday booked using the Prize is subject to availability. Please note, Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.

Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value). Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.

The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The holiday booked using the Prize may only be taken by the competition winners along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the Prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.

Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions. Any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates for flights and accommodation.

All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements or similar.

Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Prize Draw and award the Prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy).

These terms and entry instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the General Terms applying to all Priority Prize Draws (see https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of a conflict, the General Terms shall take precedence. This Prize Draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Further details of Prize 2:

This Prize Draw entitles you to the chance to win a Jet2Villas prize winning letter to the value of £4000 to spend on a Jet2Villa’s holiday to either Cyprus or the Algarve. Please note, it must be used by the winner on a new Jet2Villas booking, which for the avoidance of doubt does not include standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking.

The Winner may book more than one holiday using the prize winning letter but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the Prize but the difference in value must be paid at the same time. The prize winning letter must be redeemed by 31 October 2022, and all travel must be completed by 31 October 2023. The Jet2villa must be located in either Cyprus or the Algarve.

Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will take precedence. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the prize winning letter it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies, these competition terms and conditions shall take precedence.

Please note that each driver of the hire car must be aged between 25-70 years old with a valid UK driving license. The make, model and group of the cars shall be selected at Jet2holidays’ discretion.
