  1. These terms and conditions (in addition to your airtime contract terms and conditions) govern your use of the O2 More service. By using O2 More you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  2. You can opt out of O2 More by responding to the ‘stop’ prompt on your O2 More message.
  3. O2 More is for O2 customers aged 16 years or over only. Certain offers shall only be available to customers aged 18 or over. You warrant that any information submitted by you to O2 is accurate and current. O2 reserve the right to verify your eligibility for O2 More offers.

O2 do not endorse and shall not be held responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or services on or available from such websites or material.

Any dealings between you and any third party advertisers or merchants via O2 More, including payment for and delivery of products, services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are made between you and the relevant advertiser or merchant. Therefore, O2 is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings.
  16. O2 accepts no liability or responsibility for any of the third party bookings, products and services provided by third party suppliers.
