The £43.00 (Inc VAT) spend cap is the default for data usage in Europe on all consumer pay monthly tariffs without O2 Travel.
The £40.00 (Ex VAT) spend cap is the default for data usage in the Rest of the World on all consumer pay monthly tariffs.
The £43.00 spend cap gives you 255MB in Europe and the £40.00 spend cap gives you 50MB in the rest of the world, per billing month and the £120.00 (Inc VAT where applicable) spend cap gives you 705MB in Europe or 200MB in the rest of the world per month abroad.
Customers who have an existing Data Abroad bundle will have the £43.00 Europe, £40.00 rest of the world spend cap applied once the bundle limit is reached.
If you have reached the volume limit for the spend cap relevant to you the service will stop.
Customers with the £43.00 Europe, £40 rest of the world spending cap who want to use more than 255MB/50MB of roaming data, can text DATALIMIT200 to 23336 to be moved to the £120.00 spending cap option.

Customers can move from the £43.00 Europe, £40 rest of the world option to the £120.00 option at any time, but can only move back from the £120.00 to the £43.00 Europe, £40 rest of the world option at the end of the monthly billing period.
Customers can move from the £120.00 option to the No Limit option at any time, but can only move back from the No Limit option to the £43.00 Europe, £40 rest of the world or £120 option at the end of the monthly billing period.
It will take up to 24 hours to make changes to your tariff option.
Customers can re-apply a spending cap by calling customer services.
You will receive automatic usage alerts when you use data abroad. The alerts will be sent when you first start using data, when you hit the spend cap, at 80% of the spend cap limit and when the limit is reached.
If you change the spend cap you are using, it will take up to 24 hours for the usage alerts to show this. The usage alerts are a free service to help you manage your data usage. O2 does not accept responsibility for notifications which are not received for any reason. You are responsible for how much data you use.
Unused allowances cannot be carried over into subsequent months.
Only one spend cap option can be taken at any one time.
O2 reserves the right to remove or vary any elements of the spend caps, including pricing. 30-day's notice will be given by text message if we increase prices of the spend cap you are using.
Use of data is subject to network coverage.
Data usage is charged in 1KB increments. 1MB is 1,024KB. Charges are made only for data received and sent.
Your normal Airtime, Tariff and Bolt On terms apply.
