When to use this form
Use this form to transfer your current mobile number to your new O2 connection if you're:
- Joining O2 Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go from another network
- Moving from O2 Pay As You Go to O2 Pay Monthly.
Don't use this form if you're:
- Moving from O2 Pay Monthly to O2 Pay As You Go - contact us instead
- Cancelling your old number using a STAC - visit our STAC help page
- An O2 Business customer - contact us instead
- Replacing your sim without moving your number to O2 - register your new sim using My O2, or take a look at our sim help page.
