Unblock your phone

Your phone can become blocked if you enter the wrong pin too many times. To unblock your SIM you'll need a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code. To find your PUK code, log in to My O2, navigate to 'Manage SIM' and select 'IMEI and PUK'.
