Closure of international services

Due to changing demand for our international calling services, we’re going to simplify the options for calling abroad. As a result, we’ll be closing International Favourites, International Extras and our International Calling Card on 30 November. Find out more below.

International Favourites

The Bolt On that renewed in your October bill will be the last time you pay for International Favourites. Following your bill date, you'll still be able to use the service until the end of November, at no extra charge.

If you’ve been using International Favourites on a Pay Monthly contract since 1 September 2017, we’ll automatically add you to a free trial of our new international service, offering discounted calls.

International Extras

You won’t be able to buy an International Extras Bolt On after 31 October. But if you currently have a Bolt On running, you can continue to use it until it expires. If you’re on a Pay Monthly contract and have bought an International Extras Bolt On since 1 September 2017, we’ll automatically add you to a free trial of our new international service, offering discounted calls.
