Calling or texting from the UK to a landline or mobile number based in another country? This is classed as an international call or text – even if the recipient is within our Europe Zone. If you don’t have one of our dedicated Bolt Ons or bundles, our standard international call rates will apply for calls, SMS and MMS you make or send from the UK.

Pay As You Go bundles and exceptions
Our international call rates do not apply if you have an active £15, £20 or £30 Big Bundle; a £15, £20, £30 Rolling plan; or the International Monthly Bolt On. Check out the discounted international rates.
If you’re on any of the bundles above, you must continue to renew it to keep getting the discounted rates. If the bundle expires, you’ll pay our standard rates above.

No – there are no additional charges for receiving calls or messages in the UK from a landline or mobile number overseas.
