Understanding your bill

Access for all

Pay Monthly

O2 Pay Monthly customers can get online or paper bills. We can also provide bills in braille, large print or audio free of charge. If you'd like this service, contact us.

Online bill

My O2 is the quickest and easiest way to get your billing information. Simply sign in and click on your device name. You’ll see a brief summary of your bill, and you can get a more detailed version by clicking View latest airtime bill.

You can also download the My O2 app for free, and see your bill on your phone, whenever you want.

Paper bill

Alternatively, you can get a paper bill. A summary bill costs £2, and an itemised bill is £2.50. Price may vary depending on your agreement.

If you choose a summary bill, you’ll get one sheet of paper, with a breakdown of your calls, texts and data usage.

Itemised bills are more detailed, so you’ll be able to see exactly who you've called and messaged.

You'll be able see your calls, texts and data from your inclusive allowance, as well as charges for usage outside of your allowance.

Pay As You Go

To check your balance, use hotkey 2 or key *#10# then press the call button and your calltime balance will be shown on your display. Alternatively dial 4444 FREE from your mobile phone to hear your balance.
