- How do I buy O2 Insure for tablets?
Check out our insurance policies and prices above, to find the cover that’s right for you. You can add insurance once you’ve chosen your tariff, before you complete your order. Or simply ask in store, or give us a call.
- How do I cancel O2 Insure?
Unless the policy is free, you can cancel it within 14 days of receiving your policy documents. You won’t be charged, as long as you haven’t made a claim. After this period, you can cancel the policy, giving 30 days’ notice. You may have to pay a premium for the time you were covered by the insurance. Please refer to the full terms, conditions and exclusions of your O2 Insure policy.
- What you need to know
- Once you buy or upgrade to a new tablet, you have 28 days to get O2 Insure.
- You have to be with O2 and over 18 to get one of our insurance policies.
- How to make a claim
To submit a claim, just call us on 202, free from your O2 mobile, or 0344 809 0202 (UK standard rate). You may be asked to fill out a claim form.
