Being an O2 customer comes with more than your mobile plan. Priority gives eligible customers access to exclusive rewards, unique experiences, daily treats, prize draws, perks and Priority Tickets for thousands of gigs and events across the UK. And there's no extra cost to join.
Whether you're looking for a treat, planning your next cinema trip or hoping to see your favourite artist live, there's plenty to discover. Here's everything you need to know about Priority and how to make the most of it.
Priority covers everything from everyday treats to memorable experiences. What's available can change, giving you new things to discover through the Priority app.
Jump into a world of rewards, tickets and experiences at no extra cost with Priority, only from O2. Current Priority benefits include savings on things such as Greggs treats, Vue cinema tickets and holidays with lastminute.com, alongside other limited-time rewards and experiences.
Some offers are subject to availability or specific eligibility requirements, and particularly popular rewards may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll find the details and eligibility rules within each individual offer, so it's worth checking before claiming.
Fancy a trip to the big screen? Priority currently offers two Vue cinema tickets for £9. Once you've claimed your unique code through Priority and completed the required steps online, you'll receive two e-codes that can be exchanged for 2D admission tickets at a UK Vue cinema or online. The offer is subject to availability and its specific terms.
Your booking confirmation also includes a single-use 20% discount e-code for non-alcoholic food and drink, which can be used on the same day as the film showing.
You'll also find prize draws in the Priority app, giving you opportunities to win exclusive prizes and experiences. Entering is simple: choose the draw you'd like to enter and tap to enter. Unless stated otherwise, you can enter each prize draw once.
If you win, Priority will contact you by phone or email, so make sure the contact details linked to your account are up to date. Prize winners need to confirm their win within 48 hours to claim their prize.
Mondays don't have to be so bad. Priority's Blue Mondays bring exclusive prize drops, limited-time rewards and experiences every Monday. It's one of the ways new rewards regularly appear through Priority, so it's worth checking what's available.
For music and live entertainment fans, Priority Tickets are one of the biggest perks.
Priority gives O2 customers the chance to buy tickets for thousands of events around the UK, typically up to 48 hours before general release. Priority Tickets themselves are sold at the same price as non-Priority tickets, so you don't pay more for getting access to the presale.
You can find available presales through the Priority app or Priority website. Choose the event you're interested in and you'll be directed to the relevant ticket provider, such as AXS or Ticketmaster, to complete your purchase.
The number of tickets you can buy varies by event. Usually it's up to six, although some events have a lower limit, so always check the individual terms before buying.
Priority Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis, which means access isn't a guarantee you'll get a ticket. If the Priority allocation sells out, you can still try again when tickets go on general sale.
The perks don't necessarily stop once you've got your ticket. Priority members visiting participating O2 venues can access benefits including getting in first, savings on drinks and free cloakroom use, while selected venues offer additional Priority experiences.

Priority is available to eligible O2 customers aged 16+.
That includes customers with an O2 Pay As You Go SIM, so you don't need a Pay Monthly mobile contract to access Priority.
Getting started is straightforward. Download the Priority app or visit the Priority website, then browse the rewards and experiences currently available. Choose the offer you want and follow the instructions provided to access it.
Priority can be used on any device with a data connection. The first time you use the service, Priority can identify the type of phone you're using and direct you towards the appropriate way to access it, whether that's through the downloadable app or online.
Found something you fancy? Choose the reward in Priority and follow the instructions shown for that particular offer.
Some rewards can be redeemed in-store or online by presenting the unique code provided in the app. Because the process and eligibility can vary between offers, make sure you check the individual offer details before redeeming it.
Popular rewards can have limited availability, so claiming a code isn't always guaranteed. Some are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can sign in to your Priority account online to find your offers and tickets or update your details. If your login details aren't working, select the forgotten-password option and follow the instructions to regain access to your account.
If you change your mobile number or lose your phone, you'll need to register for Priority again.
It's particularly important to keep your contact information current if you're entering prize draws, as Priority uses the phone number or email address associated with your account to contact winners.
Having trouble with Priority? There are a few things worth checking depending on what's gone wrong.
Priority can use your location to surface nearby offers. If the map is showing you in the wrong place, check that GPS is turned on in your device settings and give your phone a minute or two to update its location. Being inside a building or travelling can also affect how quickly your exact location is identified.
You can also check the Priority settings page and make sure Location is switched on. Priority can then detect your location and show nearby offers.
If there's a problem with a reward code at a store or venue, contact the merchant or partner first. You'll find their contact information in the small print accompanying the voucher.
If you've only recently joined O2, your number might not yet be recognised by Priority. It can take a few days at most for a recently connected number to appear in the Priority database.
Once you've completed a booking, you can view your tickets in the Priority app. You may also receive a confirmation email, so check your inbox and junk folder too. If you're still unable to find them, contact the ticket provider for an update.
From everyday treats and cinema trips to prize draws and early access to some of the UK's biggest live events, Priority gives eligible O2 customers more to explore as part of being with O2.
The best place to start is the Priority app, where you can see the rewards, experiences and ticket presales available to you right now. And because offers change, it's worth checking back to see what's new.
