Vue tickets
You can claim one unique code a week within Priority, between 10am on Monday - 10pm on Sunday, subject to availability. This must then be used to claim and make payment for two or four e-codes by 23:59 on Sunday. Once you have your e-codes you can then exchange them for 2D admission tickets at the Box Office or online with Vue. Please make sure to take note of your e-code expiry dates.
Your unique code must be claimed within Priority by 10pm on Sunday and used to purchase your two tickets for £9 or four tickets for £18 e-codes by 11:59pm on Sunday, via the link provided within Priority. As long as you complete all steps required including payment within this timescale, you will be then issued with two e-codes for use within 7 days. You can exchange your e-codes for tickets, online or at the Box Office with Vue. Please do not take your unique code within Priority directly to the cinema as it must be used online first, to claim and pay for your two e-codes.
Each e-code is valid for one general admission 2D ticket online or at the Box Office. It can be used to book VIP, Recliner, Xtreme seating or Gold class screenings online and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee. IMAX upgrades will also be at an additional cost and we recommend checking pricing directly with the cinema before purchasing your e-codes. Upgrades to 3D are for entry into the screening only, customers will be charged for the purchase of 3D glasses if required. E-codes are not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events and alternative/special showings.

Yes, once you have bought your e-codes, you can buy more tickets at the standard price when booking your screening online or at the Box Office if you wish to do so.
You'll receive a 20% off food & drink (non-alcoholic) e-code within your confirmation email.
This e-code can be applied at till point to food and drink items including soft drinks (all sizes), popcorn (all sizes), nachos, hotdogs, confectionary, ice cream, hot drinks and pick & mix. Excludes: Advertised Combo Packages (items can still be purchased individually), alcoholic beverages, non-consumable such as toys and 3D glasses. (Current advertised Combo packages include: Big Screen Combos, Snack it trays, Kids Trays and KitKat & Coffee combo).
The e-code can only be used once and can't be re-instated or replaced once redeemed (this includes if you cancel your booking).
Your food & drink e-code can only be redeemed on the same date as the film showing.

Yes, if you want to book with a friend or family member and they have purchased their own e-codes separately, you'll be able to enter them all together when you book the film of your choice.
