Blue Mondays - FAQs
The Promotion will run each Monday only, from the 6 October 2025 to the 27 October 2025 (‘Promotion Period’). During the Promotion Period there are four chances to enter, between the hours of 00:00 BST until 23:59 BST each Monday (‘Entry Window(s)’).
To enter, tap ‘Use now’ in the ‘Blue Mondays’ reward in the Priority App during an Entry Window to reveal your Unique Entry Link. Once you have your Unique Entry Link and when you are ready to enter, tap the ‘Play now’ button.
In order to enter, you must first register with your name, email address and mobile number. This can be done at any time during the Promotional Period. You only need to register on the first occasion you play.
You play by choosing the moment at which you want to make your entry during the Entry Window. Enter by tapping/clicking where indicated on the screen. The time of each entry will be recorded by O2’s systems at the precise moment at which it is made. Entries which coincide with one of the pre-determined ‘winning moments’ (or constitute the first entry received immediately after such a winning moment) will win the prize corresponding to that winning moment.
Shake or tap your phone to reveal if you have won a prize. In the event that a player does not win one of the prizes during a ‘winning moment’, or is first after a winning moment, they will instead receive a Guaranteed Reward’. This reward will be awarded to all players that do not win one of the prizes during a 'winning moment'.
Enter your details (the first time you play only) and either tap/click on the screen or gently shaking your mobile device to find out if you have won.
Keep in mind it is NOT first-come, first-served. Winners will be randomly awarded prizes at different times throughout the day. You can only enter once between 00:00 GMT until 23:59 GMT on each subsequent Monday (‘Entry Window(s)’).
So, as an example, enter at 10:43 if you wish, but you could be just as likely to win if you choose to enter at 19:44 - the choice is yours.
Tap 'Use now' in the Blue Mondays reward in the Priority app during an Entry Window to secure a Unique Entry Link.
Once you have a Unique Entry Link and when you are ready to enter, tap 'Play now' which will take you straight there.
When you return on subsequent Mondays to play again, you can either locate the Blue Mondays reward again and tap 'Play now" again, or you can locate the reward in the 'My Priority' section of the app.
Please note your Unique Entry Link will be hyperlinked/hidden from view behind the words 'Play now' and you wont see it. There is also no code to copy or paste.
Yes. Only Priority will be able to distribute you a Unique Entry Link and you need this to play.
Each Unique Entry Link is person specific and should not be shared with anyone during the course of the the promotion.
If you try and play Blue Mondays without a Unique Entry Link, you will receive an error message.
It's completely up to you. You decide which Mondays you would like to enter. You can enter every Monday should you wish, or you can pick and choose which Mondays you enter.

Please search your inbox for 'noreply@bluemondaysdrop.co.uk' and check your junk and/or spam folder. The email confirmation will contain all the necessary instructions, important notes and T&Cs on how to redeem your prize.
For the holiday prizes from lastminute.com, due to the high-value nature of these prizes you’ll receive a call from a representative on behalf of Priority to confirm and verify your win.

Under the Just Eat + section, you will be able to check your remaining gift card balance, and it will also show at check-out. Please note, Just Eat Gift Cards cannot be used alongside other discount codes. Purchases of gift cards are non-exchangeable. Lost, stolen or damaged e-gift cards will not be replaced or exchanged for physical gift cards or cash. Gift cards cannot be topped up.

At least 14,300 Hot Drinks codes will be released every Monday from 6 October 2025 until 27 October 2025 at 11:59 pm. Only one per participating Priority member, per Monday.
Codes will be valid until 03 November 2025, 11:59 pm only. Any codes shown after the end date of each promotion will not be valid or accepted. Valid to take away only. This reward cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer.
This reward cannot be used in the same transaction as the Greggs Priority £1 Hot Drink or £1 Savoury rewards.

You can only win one prize each Monday, however if you are lucky enough, you can win the same prize more than once across the Promotional Period.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Nor can the prizes be resold.
However, if you choose to gift your prize to a friend or family member to redeem or enjoy, that is completley up to you.

Eligibility: You need to be 18+ to play. You must be an O2 customer or Virgin Media broadband customer and registered on Priority to enter and win any of the prizes.
Employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible to win. Entry via or using malicious third party software (as determined by O2), or any other electronic or automated means is strictly prohibited, including (without limitation) use of bots, crawlers, browser plug-ins or browser extensions that scrape and/or modify activity of the platforms used by O2 to deliver the Promotion. O2 reserves the right to disqualify entrants who use such methods, and any prizes won will be forfeited by those entrants. Maximum of one entry is permitted Priority member, each Monday during the Promotional Period.
Your information will be collected, stored and processed by O2 and our suppliers for the purposes of administrating and assessing this Promotion. If you win a prize supplied by a third party, O2 will provide your information to that third party for the sole purpose of enabling you to redeem or receive the prize. In some cases, if you have won, we may ask your permission to communicate your name to showcase that a particular prize has been won and to potentially display a testimonial in-app.

That's not an issue, you just wont be eligible to win the prizes associated with that day or Entry Window.
