Prize draw and competition winners
If you’re a lucky winner, you will be contacted via the same email address and/or phone number you used to enter/register.
In most cases, you’ll be asked to respond and confirm your details within 48 hours of being first contacted. If we don’t hear from you within this time, another winner will be drawn and you will forfeit the prize.
In the event a customer forfeits a prize, a new winner will be drawn. The new, reserve winner will then be contacted as outlined above, but will not be able to view a winning message within the Priority app. In most cases the reserve winner will then have 48 hours to respond and confirm.
Yes, open the Priority app and head to the My Priority section; you can then check within the relevant prize draw to see if you’re a winner by ‘rubbing your screen’ to reveal if you have won.
Please note: If you’re a reserve winner, you will not see a winning message in the app.
If you are confirmed as a winner, you’ll likely receive confirmation and correspondence with 48 hours. This will be in the form of either a text message from Priority, an email or call from a member of the Priority team directly, or from either PromoVeritas or See Film First Ltd (our prize fulfilment agencies).
These agencies are likely to call you from either 0800 040 8002 or from a withheld number.
Alternatively, if you receive confirmation by email please keep an eye on your inbox and/or junk folders for an email from: o2priority@promowinners.com or o2support@weticketit.com.
Please note: The party contacting you on behalf of Priority MAY need to ask for some personal details including your name, address and email address, in order to confirm you as a winner and arrange your prize.

If you are concerned that any of the communications you’ve received regarding a particular prize draw or competition are not genuine, please refer to questions 2 and 3. If satisfied that the communications are genuine, please proceed with responding regarding the prize as soon as possible.
If you win, you will receive an SMS (from ‘Priority’) up to 48hrs after the draw (please be patient and remember to check your text message spam folder) • The SMS contains a link and a code. You will need to click the link, then input your code and tap Submit. • You will then be asked to fill out your details – Name, county, postcode, email and agree to the terms • After submitting, you will then be sent an email from O2Priority@email.promowinners.com. This email will contain your winning code, a URL of where to redeem and any extra info such as the expiry date of your code.
