You can get up 200 free minutes to call international mobiles or landlines* at any time depending on how much you top-up each month. That’s up to three hours and 20 minutes of chatting to friends and family abroad from the UK.

Once you have used up your free allowance, calls made from the UK to any country will be charged at the International caller Bolt On rates.

If you sign up or switch to Your Country on or after 18th April 2008, our new Talkalot rates for calls, texts and browsing will apply.

Existing Pay & Go customers
To update your Your Country tariff and get the new call rates or to switch to this tariff:
- Text YOUR COUNTRY to 21300 free
- Call 2425 free
Please note, by switching tariff, any free allowances of minutes, texts or browsing you currently receive will be replaced by the Your Country free monthly allowances outlined above and the Talkalot call rates. If you switch tariff, you will not be able to switch back to your current call rates.
You can switch tariff once per month and your new free allowances will start from your next anniversary date.

Check your free allowance balance
You can check your free allowance balance by either calling 4444 free or by sending a SMS with the word "balance" to 20202 free.

* Excludes calls to Solomon Islands, Sao Tome and Principe, Sudan, Norfolk Island, Cuba, Papau New Guinea, Vanuatu, Somalia and Syria, which are charged at the International Caller Bolt On rates, also excludes calls made by or to satellite phones (i.e. Thuraya).
