No.1 for Network Coverage

We’re working hard to make our network faster, smarter and stronger. And we’re proud to announce we won Best Network Coverage in the uSwitch Mobile Awards 2016, for the second year running.

But the work doesn’t end here. We’ll continue to invest in and upgrade our 2G and 3G networks. And we’re bringing 4G to even more places, as part of our five-year £3bn network modernisation programme. In fact, we’re aiming to provide indoor coverage for 98% of the population by the end of 2017.

No.1 for Customer Service Satisfaction, yet again


For the 7th time in a row we've been ranked Number 1 Network for Customer Service Satisfaction by Ofcom. We're going to need a bigger shelf. 

We want you to be able to get in touch with us as quickly and easily as possible. So we've increased the number of people supporting you over Live Chat and on our social media channels. We invest in new technology, and work hard on improving your experience online - including My O2. All while we continue to offer the best support we can in store and over the phone.
