We've got the hat-trick


For the third year in a row, UK consumers have scored our website higher than the likes of Apple, John Lewis and the BBC, awarding us overall winner of Website of the Year, yet again.

We were ranked against 228 websites across 20 industries on four elements: content, navigation, design and recommendation intention.

The award ties in with the end of a three year transformation programme which has seen a complete redesign of our homepage, shop and help and support pages, an improved checkout journey, and an overall better user experience.

But our effort and investment doesn't stop there. We're continually understanding what our customers need and improving the website to deliver that. In fact, the team has a backlog of 150 new ideas to work through next year.

Thanks to everyone who voted for our website. The fight is now on to retain our crown for a fourth year.

No.1 for Network Coverage and Customer Service Satisfaction


We've been ranked Number 1 Network for Customer Service Satisfaction by Ofcom, seven times in a row. And we're proud to announce we won Best Network Coverage in the uSwitch Mobile Awards 2016, for the second year running.

We want you to be able to get in touch with us as quickly and easily as possible. So we've increased the number of people supporting you over Live Chat and on our social media channels. We invest in new technology, and work hard on improving your experience online - including My O2. All while we continue to offer the best support we can in store and over the phone.

We're working hard to make our network faster, smarter and stronger. 

But the work doesn't end here. We'll continue to invest in and upgrade our 2G and 3G networks. And we're bringing 4G to even more places, as part of our five-year £3bn network modernisation programme. In fact, we're aiming to provide indoor coverage for 98% of the population by the end of 2017.
