Helpful. That's what we try to be on our Facebook page, Twitter, blogs, forums and many other social media channels. That means something different to everyone, but we aim to be helpful when we help you find O2's latest news on our blog, great conversations on Twitter, or interesting links on Facebook.
How do we want to achieve this? Through a continuous conversation. It doesn't start and end when you buy a new mobile, or sign up for mobile broadband. It's day in, day out. Whether we're sharing something which made you laugh, or answering a question about how to take the best camera phone picture, we think we're better connected.
We're usually here from 8am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, chatting away. We've been doing it for a while now, but we'd still love to hear your thoughts on what you think we should be doing.
