The My O2 app is free to download for iPhone and Android. Whether you're on Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly, you'll be able to enjoy some of these features:

  • sign in quickly and easily using fingerprint recognition on compatible devices
  • see a fully itemised bill, including your most expensive, longest and most frequent calls
  • see who you've been calling and texting by name – My O2 syncs with your contacts
  • check your itemised recent charges since your last bill
  • get six months of detailed bill history
  • get notifications on the homepage to let you know when you're running low on minutes, messages and data
  • pay your bill quickly, using our secure card wallet – just tick a box and card wallet remembers your card details for next time
  • change your billing address
  • change your tariff
  • check your Device Plan if you’re on O2 Refresh
  • check your data allowance and add Bolt Ons
  • check your upgrade options and complete an upgrade

My O2 isn’t available for O2 Business customers at the moment.

Access to the My O2 app is simple. If you're a Pay Monthly customer you'll be able to use your My O2 online credentials or get a reminder at www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Pay As You Go customers can sign up at www.o2.co.uk/register. A four digit PIN keeps your account secure. Need help signing in? Click Forgotten sign in details or click for help at any time.

Please note:

  • You'll need at least iOS 4.3 to use this app.
  • The My O2 app is not available to O2 business and corporate customers.
  • When using this app abroad, data roaming charges apply.

Help with signing in

Sign in with your username and password. If you're a Pay Monthly customer you'll have been given this when you joined us and don't worry if you've forgotten these, we can give you a reminder – just click SIGN IN HELP.

If you are a Pay As You Go customer you can sign up quickly and easily for My O2 at www.o2.co.uk/register.

To make it even easier for you, once you have signed in, you can set up a memorable PIN so that you can use this each time to get even quicker access to the app. If you sign out of the app, you will need to sign in again with your username and password and reset your PIN.
