5G tariff with Oculus Go virtual reality headset and a 12 month subscription to MelodyVR – Full Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Tariff. Instructions on how to arrange delivery of the Oculus Go 32GB virtual reality headset (“Headset”) and activate the 12 month MelodyVR subscription (“Subscription”) form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you purchase this Tariff. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

Hit ‘complete order’ and we’ll take you to a confirmation page with additional details on redeeming your Subscription.
You may receive activation communications from O2 via text and phone: (i) up to 10 days after sign up for the Tariff, (ii) up to 30 days after sign up for the Tariff, and (iii) up to 14th February 2020.
To activate the Subscription you will need to have a MelodyVR account and download the MelodyVR application.
If you do not have a MelodyVR account you will have to sign up for a MelodyVR account and download the MelodyVR application to redeem the Subscription.
The Subscription will commence from the date you successfully enter the code and complete the activation process and will last for 12 months. After 12 months, the subscription will stop.
It will take up to 14 days for your Headset to arrive.
Use of the Subscription requires compliance with and acceptance of the MelodyVR terms and conditions (available here: melodyvr.com/terms), a compatible device, internet access, and certain software, and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. Because use of the services involves hardware, software, and internet access, your ability to use the services may be affected by the performance of these factors. You agree that such requirements are your responsibility.
Your Airtime Plan includes the cost of your airtime (which is your minutes, texts and data). For this Tariff, your Airtime Plan also includes the cost of your Subscription and Headset which is £8.00 per month which you will pay for 24 months or until you cancel or upgrade to a new contract, whichever is earlier. Your Device Plan includes the cost of your phone.
The Change-You-Mind Period set out in Your Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement shall apply to the Tariff. The Equipment shall include the phone and Headset.
You agree that Services will begin immediately if you already have a SIM Card or when you receive a SIM Card. You'll have to pay for any calls, texts, data and other Charges you've incurred, including during the Change-Your-Mind Period.
You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of digital products (which includes the Subscription) after you have started to download or stream these.
If you wish to cancel you Qualifying Purchase, (including O2 Refresh Device Plan and associated Airtime Plan if applicable) within the Change-Your-Mind period, you must return the device and the Headset.
If you are exercising your rights under the Change-Your-Mind Period, we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods (which includes the phone and Headset), if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
One Subscription and Headset per Qualifying Purchase only.
Qualifying Purchase will be subject to its own terms and conditions and eligibility criteria. You should familiarise themselves with these before purchasing the Tariff.
The Subscription and Headset is personal to you, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Responsibility is not accepted for applications damaged, lost, or delayed as a result of any computer hardware, network or software failure of any kind. Damaged to or loss of unique code on the Leaflet may result in the Eligible Customer being unable to activate the Subscription and organise delivery of the Headset.
You should retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase as this may be required to activate the Subscription or arrange delivery of the Headset.
O2 reserves the right to amend these Terms or withdraw this Tariff at any time. In the case of amendment a notice will be posted at the top of these Terms. O2 is not required to give notice in the event of withdrawal of this Tariff.
By purchasing the Tariff, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
