Student Offer 20% off O2 Refresh Airtime Plans and Accessories (As of 29 August 2018)

This offer for students to get 20% off O2 Refresh Airtime Plans and accessories (the "Offer") is being promoted by Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX ("O2"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Offer.

1. The Offer is open to UK students over the age of 18.
2. You (hereinafter "you" or "Student") will be eligible for a 20% discount on:
   • O2 Refresh monthly rolling Airtime Plans on new or upgrading  contracts (the "Airtime Discount"); and/or
   • accessories (the "Accessories Discount") (together the "Discounts").
3. To be eligible for the Airtime Discount you must purchase or have purchased an eligible handset and/or tablet or dongle (each a "Device") on O2 Refresh. Eligible handsets shall be determined by O2 in its sole discretion and excludes any device which O2 notifies is excluded on www.o2.co.uk/studentoffer
4. SIM only, Pay As You Go, Family sharer and Business tariffs are not eligible.
5. The Airtime Discount is available in O2 stores, on O2.co.uk, or through an O2 call centre. The Accessories Discount is available in O2 stores or O2.co.uk.
6. The Accessories Discount is not available for wearables (including smartwatches, smart bands and fitness trackers).
7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Discounts are not available for handsets or tablets.
8. To access the Online Discounts you must:
   • Register a free of charge UNiDAYS account at o2.co.uk/studentoffer;
   • Enter the Voucher code in the “Got a Promo?” section of O2 online checkout. These Voucher codes cannot be applied retrospectively and cannot be redeemed in O2 shops or any other sales channel
9. To access the In-store and Voice Discounts you must:
   • Register a free of charge UNiDAYS account at o2.co.uk/studentoffer;
   • Purchase a device on an eligible O2 Refresh Contract
   • Then complete your discount registration by texting the keyword provided on UNiDAYS to 61202; and follow the text instructions (together the "Registration Process").
10. .Certain components of the Registration Process (including any keywords and verification codes) are provided by Myunidays Limited of 2 Castle Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 1FB. Use of this section of the O2 website will be subject to this third party’s terms and conditions. O2 cannot be held responsible for and do not accept any liability, either express or implied as to such components, including but not limited to their accuracy, relevance or quality.
11. You acknowledge and agree that O2 are not responsible for the availability of any third party products and services or what you access through the Registration Process. O2 shall not be held responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or services available from such third parties. Any dealings between you and any other third party, including services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are made between you and the third party. Therefore, O2 are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings.

13. The Airtime Discount will be available if you successfully complete the Registration Process within 28 days of purchasing a valid new or upgraded  Refresh contract.
14. The Discounts will be applied within three (3) working days of completing the Registration Process (the "Process Period").
15. O2 does not guarantee that the Discounts will be applied within the Process Period and reserves the right to extend the Process Period at any time.
16. The Offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other O2 offers (including O2's Friends and Family discount).
17. The Airtime Discount will only be available in respect of one eligible handset and one eligible tablet or dongle.
18. You will lose the Airtime Discount:
    • if you cancel or return your Device or contract under O2's Change of Mind period.
    • when your Device Plan comes to an end
19. Students must retain their receipts as proof of purchase.
20. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time on reasonable notice.
21. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer only includes the Discounts and there will be no cash or other alternatives.
22. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
23. The Offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
