Priority Instant Winners Promotion - July 2020

These terms incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms for Priority Prize Draw.

Eligibility: You need to be 16+, an O2 customer and registered on Priority to enter. Employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible to win. Entry via or using malicious third party software (as determined by O2), or any other electronic or automated means is strictly prohibited, including (without limitation) use of bots, crawlers, browser plug-ins or browser extensions that scrape and/or modify activity of the platforms used by O2 to deliver the Promotion. O2 reserves the right to disqualify entrants who use such methods, and any prizes won will be forfeited by those entrants.
How it works: The Promotion Period will run for five days only, from the 13 July 2020. During the Promotion Period there are five (5) Entry Windows which occur, for 24 hours only, from 12:00 (midday) on the 13 July 2020 until 11:59 on the 18 July 2020.
Each Entry Window(s) gives you the opportunity to secure a Unique Entry Code that can only be used for that specific Entry Period.
To reveal a Unique Entry Code, tap ‘Use now’ in the Priority App. When you are ready to enter, tap the ‘Go to Site’ button on the Priority app and then paste or type the Unique Entry Code on the Instant Winners site, along with your details and click ‘Submit’. To win, you need to correctly enter during a mystery, predetermined “winning moment” or, in the event that no one enters during a winning moment, as close as possible to that winning moment. In the event that two entries are submitted in the same millisecond, prizes will be allocated on to the first entry received by us on a “first past the post” basis. No other method of entry is valid.
There is an aggregate total of 20,106 winning moments and 20,106 corresponding prizes across the Entry Period. If a winner does not accept a prize or winner eligibility cannot be verified, O2 may, at its discretion, re-use said prize in other promotions and offers.
Prizes: All Prizes are offered as described in clause 13 of these terms. Prize descriptions have been provided by the respective prize supplier and O2 is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Limited time to accept your prize: Winners will be notified instantly throughout the Promotion Period. Winners may be required to provide details to verify their eligibility. If required, details must be provided promptly (within five calendar days of the winner’s first winner notification) in accordance with acceptance instructions given to winners by O2 or the prize suppliers (this will usually be an email or phone call).
If you receive a winner notification but you don’t follow the verification instructions in that notification required to claim your prize within five calendar days of the notification you will forfeit the prize. We won’t be held responsible and the prize will be deemed unclaimed.
These terms and the entry instructions apply alongside the General Priority Prize Draw Terms. If there’s a conflict these terms take precedence.
Data processing: Your information will be collected, stored and processed by O2 and our suppliers for the purposes of administrating and assessing this Promotion. If you win a prize supplied by a third party, O2 will provide your information to that third party for the purpose of enabling you to redeem or receive the prize. If you have won we may communicate your name and county to showcase that a particular prize has been won, and if you provide us with your Twitter and/or Instagram handle when entering we may give you a shout out on the relevant social media platform. This prize draw is promoted and administered by Telefónica UK Limited (“O2”).

Canopy & Stars: Family Experience Holiday	1	By entering the Promotion on (13/07/20 to 18/07/20), an entrant could win a five-night trip in the UK for a family of four adults and two children. There is one five-night trip in the UK for a family of four (two adults and two children) with Canopy & Stars to be won. The stay is on a self-catering basis excluding one wild dining experience. The stay is subject to availability and must be booked no later than 30/11/20 for a stay any time until 31/12/21. The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw. The holiday element of the prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize to an alternative destination of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so. The prize date is subject to all elements being able to be organized at the same time therefore the organizer may need several preferred dates in order to secure all elements of the prize. If any element of the prize is not available then a suitable replacement will be arranged. No cash alternative to any element of the prize will be offered.
Evans Cycles: £500 vouchers	5	By entering the Promotion on (13/07/20 to 18/07/20), an entrant could win one of five £500 vouchers for Evans Cycles. There are five £500 Evans Cycles Gift Vouchers to be won. One or more gift cards may be used in full or part payment for any goods or services available on the evanscycles.com website, or in an Evans Cycles store. No change will be given for any unused portion of a gift card but the unused balance may be used against further purchases in store or online. Gift cards cannot be used to pay for other gift cards. Gift cards have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid by another Evans Cycles gift card, cash, PayPal, credit or debit card. Gift cards and unused portions of gift cards will expire two years from the date of the last use of the card. Virgin Experience Days: £100 vouchers	50	By entering the Promotion on (13/07/20 to 18/07/20), an entrant could win one of 50 £100 vouchers for Virgin Experience Days. There are 50 x £100 Virgin Experience Days vouchers to be won. The £100 vouchers can be used against any product on www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk. Win two Osprey Double Kick kids skateboards with safety pads	25	By entering the Promotion on (13/07/20 to 18/07/20), an entrant could win one of 25 Double Kick kids skateboards with safety pads from Osprey. There are 25 prizes to be won, each consisting of two skateboards and two skate pad sets. The skate pad set includes two elbow pads, two knee pads and two wrist guards per set with a choice of sizes. Each prize can only be sent to one address; it is not possible to split the prize for delivery to multiple addresses. Skateboarding can be a dangerous sport and safety equipment should be used at all times, especially a helmet. Don’t be too cool for safety equipment and risk your life, even the pros use a helmet and pads. Check your equipment to make sure everything is in proper working condition prior to skateboarding. Children should always be accompanied by an adult. Osprey and O2 accept no liability should any person injure themselves using any products sold under the Osprey brand. The winner must be able to accept these T&C's and the terms of the Instant Winners promotion. Prizes cannot be transferred or re-sold. No cash alternative will be offered. There is no expiration date applied to codes.

There are 25 gift cards to be won each valued at £100 to be spent anywhere on the Chilly’s website across the full range of bottles and accessories. The gift card is enough to purchase four 500ml tropical themed bottles. You will not be charged for delivery. The voucher code will be limited to one use per customer. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher will expire on 31/12/20 at 23:30.
Win a self-guided adventure from Treasure Trails	10,000	By entering the Promotion on (13/07/20 to 18/07/20), an entrant could win one of 10,000 self-guided adventures from Treasure Trails. There are 10,000 treasure trail adventures to be won. These will be provided via a voucher code to be redeemed on the Treasure Trails website. The codes can be used on any of the available 1,000+ trail locations. The code is only valid for the ‘Download PDF’ option and no other formats. This provides the winner with a PDF file for them to print at home or view on your device. The voucher code is valid until the 17/09/20 after which time it will expire. Codes will not be reissued after this time. Treasure Trails advise downloading your trail PDF just before your adventure as the trails are constantly being updated with new clues and routes to account for changes. To redeem, winners must accept the standard Treasure Trails terms and conditions as seen on the website. No cash alternative will be offered.
