Priority 15,000 Instant Win Promotion 2018

These terms incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms for Priority Prize Draw.

Eligibility: You need to be 18 or over and registered on Priority to enter and to win. One entry per person and mobile phone number per prize window. Please note, employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to win. Entry via or using malicious third party software (to be determined at O2’s sole discretion), or any other electronic or automated means is strictly prohibited, including (without limitation) use of bots, crawlers, browser plug-ins or browser extensions that scrape and/or modify activity of the platforms used by O2 to deliver the Priority Prize Draw. O2 reserves the right to disqualify entrants who use such methods, and any prizes won will be forfeited by those entrants.
How it works: There are five prize windows in the Promotion Period, which begins at 10:00 am on 3 September 2018 and ends at 09:59 am on 8 September 2018. Each prize window starts at 10:00 am and ends at 09:59 am the following day.
To enter, select the ‘Use now’ button in the Priority App to reveal your Unique Code. Add the Unique Code on the Instant Win site, along with your details and click ‘Submit’. To win, you need to correctly enter during a mystery, predetermined ‘winning moment’ or, in the event that no one enters during a winning moment, as close as possible to that winning moment. In the event that two entries are submitted in the same millisecond, prizes will be allocated on a ‘first past the post’ basis. No other method of entry is valid.
There is an aggregate total of 15,138 winning moments and 15,138 corresponding prizes spread randomly over each prize window and the Promotion Period. If a winner does not accept a prize or winner eligibility cannot be verified, O2 may, at its discretion, re-use said prize in other promotions and offers.
Unique Codes are one-use only, unique to you, cannot be shared and are subject to availability – when they’re gone, they’re gone.
Prizes: All Prizes are offered as described in clause 13 of these terms. Prize descriptions have been provided by the respective prize supplier and O2 is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Limited time to accept your prize: Winners will be notified instantly throughout the Promotion Period. With the exception of Google Play vouchers, prizes must be accepted promptly (within five calendar days of the winner’s first winner notification) in accordance with acceptance instructions given to winners by O2 or the prize suppliers (this will usually be an email or phone call).
With the exception of Google Play vouchers, if you receive a winner notification but you don’t follow the instructions in that notification within five calendar days of the notification you will forfeit the prize. We won’t be held responsible and the prize will be deemed unclaimed.
These terms and the entry instructions apply alongside the General Priority Prize Draw Terms. If there’s a conflict these terms take precedence.
Data processing: Your information will be collected, stored and processed by O2 and our suppliers for the purposes of administrating and assessing this Promotion. If you win a prize supplied by a third party, O2 will provide your information to that third party for the purpose of enabling you to redeem or receive the prize. If you have won we may communicate your name and county to showcase that a particular prize has been won. Prize Descriptions and Conditions

You will be responsible for arranging collection by an insured, licenced driver and for insurance and registration. Prize includes first year’s tax on the road. If you do not hold a valid UK driving licence, you will need to authorise a nominated driver over the age of 18 with a valid UK driver licence as the designated driver. You may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to confirmation that the person has correct and valid documentation. It is your responsibility to ensure that you or your nominated registered owner have valid documentation which includes, without limitation, a valid insurance cover note to register the car and a current full UK driver licence. It is your responsibility to ensure that ownership of the car is legally registered and that all legal responsibilities arising from car ownership are satisfied. You must ensure that you or your nominated driver/s are properly qualified and insured to drive the car Prize.
A holiday to Kissimmee, Florida, for you and the family Provided by Broadway Travel.	1	Prize includes return flights in economy from London. Seven nights in a three bedroom villa in Kissimmee, car hire for the duration of your stay included in the Prize. Travel subject to availability and must be completed by 30/11/19. The winner will be able to choose from a selection of shows, subject to availability. One prize available. Prize does not include travel to and from the venue or accommodation. A Supercar Blast Driving Experience Provided by Virgin Experience Days.	10	A supercar driving experience for one available at 20 locations across the UK. Prize will be provided in voucher form. The centres contracted with us hold public indemnity liability insurance. The supplier also holds contingency liability cover. Some driving operators require customers to complete an Indemnity/Damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This may state that the driver will be liable for a fixed amount of costs should they damage the vehicle whilst driving. Most of these suppliers are able to provide Indemnity/Damage Waiver at a small additional fee (usually £20-£45) payable on site. The purchase of this is optional and is in addition to the Public Liability Insurance held by all venues. The full details of any indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the activity operator. To be eligible for this prize you must be have a bank account in the same name as the registered entrant for the winning mobile phone number and have made a transaction on the winning mobile phone number in the last six months. Prize excludes out of bundle and non-standard charges. Prize distributed as a cheque or bank transfer (at O2’s discretion). Prize is calculated as follows: If you’re a Pay Monthly customer your prize will be calculated as 12 x airtime subscription fee (less discounts) charged to you on the winning mobile number in August 2018, subject to a £500 cap. If you’re a Pay As You Go customer it will be calculated as 12 x your average monthly top up value on the winning mobile number in the 12 months preceding August 2018 subject to a £500 cap.
