Priority Instant Winners Promotion - April 2021

These terms incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms for Priority Prize Draw.

  1. Eligibility: You need to be 18+, an O2 customer and registered on Priority to enter. Employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible to win. Entry via or using malicious third party software (as determined by O2), or any other electronic or automated means is strictly prohibited, including (without limitation) use of bots, crawlers, browser plug-ins or browser extensions that scrape and/or modify activity of the platforms used by O2 to deliver the Promotion. O2 reserves the right to disqualify entrants who use such methods, and any prizes won will be forfeited by those entrants.
  2. How it works: The Promotion Period will run for five days only, from the 12 April 2021. During the Promotion Period there are five (5) Entry Windows which occur, for 24 hours only, from 12:00 (midday) on the 12 April 2021 until 11:59 on the 17 April 2021.
  3. Each Entry Window(s) gives you the opportunity to secure a Unique Entry Code that can only be used for that specific Entry Period.
  4. To reveal a Unique Entry Code, tap ‘Use now’ in the Priority App. When you are ready to enter, tap the ‘Go to Site’ button on the Priority app and then paste or type the Unique Entry Code on the Instant Winners site, along with your details and click ‘Submit’. To win, you need to correctly enter during a mystery, predetermined “winning moment” or, in the event that no one enters during a winning moment, as close as possible to that winning moment. In the event that two entries are submitted in the same millisecond, prizes will be allocated on to the first entry received by us on a “first past the post” basis. No other method of entry is valid.
  5. There is an aggregate total of 20,002 winning moments and 20,002 corresponding prizes across the Entry Period. If a winner does not accept a prize or winner eligibility cannot be verified, O2 may, at its discretion, re-use said prize in other promotions and offers.
  6. Prizes: All Prizes are offered as described in clause 13 of these terms. Prize descriptions have been provided by the respective prize supplier and O2 is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion.
  7. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  8. Limited time to accept your prize: Winners will be notified instantly throughout the Promotion Period. Winners may be required to provide details to verify their eligibility. If required, details must be provided promptly (within five calendar days of the winner’s first winner notification) in accordance with acceptance instructions given to winners by O2 or the prize suppliers (this will usually be an email or phone call).
  9. If you receive a winner notification but you don’t follow the verification instructions within that notification, eg. to claim your prize within five calendar days of the notification, you will forfeit the prize. We won’t be held responsible and the prize will be deemed 'unclaimed'.
  10. These terms and the entry instructions apply alongside the General Priority Prize Draw Terms. If there’s a conflict these terms take precedence. 
  11. Data processing: Your information will be collected, stored and processed by O2 and our suppliers for the purposes of administrating and assessing this Promotion. If you win a prize supplied by a third party, O2 will provide your information to that third party for the purpose of enabling you to redeem or receive the prize. If you have won we may communicate your name and county to showcase that a particular prize has been won, and if you provide us with your Twitter and/or Instagram handle when entering we may give you a shout out on the relevant social media platform.   12. This Prize Draw is promoted and administered by Telefónica UK Limited (“O2”).

By entering the Promotion on (12/04/21 to 17/04/21), an entrant could win one of two Guinness Lock-In Bar.

There are two Guinness Lock Inn bars to be won (RRP £5905.03 each). The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 18+. You, or anybody you serve alcohol to must be 18+.

The Guinness Lock Inn bar (2500 mm x 2500 mm) will include:

  • Four x branded panels to exterior and interior walls
  • One x window, right hand wall (450 mm / 6000 mm)
  • One x flooring (2500 mm x 2500mm)
  • One x Guinness branded bar (1200 mm x 600 mm x 1100 mm)
  • One x 22” TV, mounted on left wall (4870 mm x 2740 mm)
  • One x Guinness branded header with LED lights (1000 mm x 450 mm)
  • One x Guinness branded LED logo, mounted on back wall (600 mm)
  • Two x black stools
  • Two x shelves (blue and yellow) (400 mm x 150 mm)
  • One x Guinness branded artwork in A2 frame (420 mm x 594 mm)
  • Five x spotlights, mounted to interior ceiling
  • Two x black curtains, across the back wall (2500 mm x 2000 mm)
  • One x Guinness branded roller blind (2500 mm x 2000 mm)
  • Two x plant pots and plants (400 mm x 800 mm approx.)
  • One x set of festoon lights (excluding poles, rig not included) (5000 mm with 50 bulbs)
  • Four x solar charged spot lights, in plant pots
  • Eight x Guinness pint glasses
  • One x Guinness branded fridge
  • 24 x Guinness Draught in Can
  • One x wicker hamper including coffee, crisps, fudge, chocolate

Prize is non-refundable. Recipient may need to provide ID on delivery. The Product will be delivered and installed by Guinness’s Fulfilment Partner by latest on Saturday 21/05/21. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide the correct delivery information to prize provider. Items will be delivered to one address within the UK. O2 will pass your data to Verve Marketing LTD/ Verve the Live Agency Ltd who will pass your information on to Better Green Ltd for the purposes of fulfilment.

The Product is designed for use in external locations only. You must ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • outdoor space of three meters x three meters with a height clearance of three meters;
  • outdoor space must be at ground level (i.e. no balconies or terraces);
  • outdoor space must be level, firm and clear, ready for installation;
  • there must be a power outlet within five metres of the area in your garden where the Product will be installed;
  • placement of the Product needs to be in a safe location not blocking any access routes and at least one meter from the nearest building;
  • if you would prefer to connect to your power a Male 3 Pin CEEFORM plug must be located at the back of the installation site.

If you do not meet the above requirements, we will arrange a prize of equal value.

If you win, you confirm you are comfortable to be filmed with your prize and agree that O2/Guinness may use your name and/or image in relation to publicity or advertising.

Guinness Ultimate At-Home packs 500

By entering the Promotion on (12/04/21 to 17/04/21), an entrant could win one of 500 Guinness At-Home Packs.

There are 500 Ultimate Guinness at home packs to be won. The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 18+. You, or anybody you serve alcohol to must be 18+. Your prize must be claimed by 15/05/21 or it will be forfeited.

Each bundle will include:

There are 19,500 Guinness four-packs to be won. The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 18+. You, or anybody you serve alcohol to must be 18+. Your prize must be claimed by 15/05/21 or it will be forfeited.

A non-alcoholic option of a pack of Guinness playing cards is available (subject to availability).

Prize is non-refundable. Recipient may need to provide ID on delivery. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide the correct delivery information to prize provider.
