Paying your final bill
If your Direct Debit is still active, we'll take the money from your account as normal. If you've cancelled the Direct Debit, you can make a one-off payment in My O2.
Your final bill, or Termination Bill, might be higher than your previous bills as it includes:
- the final cost of line rental
- any outstanding charges
- any cancellation fees.
This will be the last bill we send you and covers all costs right up until your last day with us.
