Thinking about getting some new tech on a device plan? Here are the answers to some of our most frequently-asked questions.

Want to pay off your device plan early?
You can pay off your device plan at any time and choose to keep your airtime plan, upgrade it, or leave. If you are in the first 24 months of your device plan and you cancel your airtime plan you will have to pay the remainder of your device plan in full.
To make a one-off payment, log into My O2, select your device plan under ‘My Products’, go to ‘More device plan details’, and scroll down to ‘Device plan payments’. Here you can choose a one-off amount to reduce your plan term or reduce monthly payments. We’ll then calculate the new payment details up to the final payment date.
