How do I see how much my device is worth?

Visit O2 Recycle to find out if your device is listed and how much it’s worth, or give us a call on 0345 505 0202 (Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm).

How do I know I’ll get the best deal on my trade-in?

We’re confident we can offer you the best price for your phone. If you see a higher price on competitor websites within seven days of placing your order with O2 Recycle, we could match it for you.

What is a Like New device?

Like New devices are not brand new, but they’re not far off. The only difference is that they may have some wear and tear and superficial scratches, but there will be no more than five deep scratches or chips up to 2mm in length. We’ll make sure every device is loaded up with the latest operating system and rigorously tested before being re-packaged in an O2 box for whoever gets in first. Plus you’ll get a 12 month warranty to put your mind at ease.

Can I cancel insurance at any point?

Unless the policy is free, you can cancel it within 14 days of receiving your policy documents and you won’t be charged as long as you haven’t claimed. After this period you can cancel the policy giving 30 days’ notice. You may have to pay a premium for the time you were covered by the insurance. Can I trade-in even if my screen is broken?

With O2 Recycle, you can get up to £400 for your old phone, even if it's damaged.
