Joining O2?
Pick a SIM Only plan and pass a credit check (Pay Monthly), or choose a Big Bundle or Rolling Plan (Pay As You Go) – then get your SIM or eSIM online or collect it straight away in‑store.
Are you already with us?
If your SIM is lost, stolen or damaged, or you’ve upgraded your phone and your current physical SIM doesn’t fit your new device, you can request a SIM swap.
No matter when you need to activate a new SIM or arrange a replacement, we have all the information you need to make it happen.
