Get cover for your mobile with O2 Insure, and if something goes wrong, we'll get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

Unauthorised calls and legal info

If your phone gets stolen and someone starts making unauthorised calls on it, try not to worry. In most circumstances (as long as the claim is approved), we'll reimburse you up to the value of £3000 if you've got O2 Insure Premier and up to £1000 if you've got O2 Insure Standard. See the latest version of the O2 Pay Monthly Services Agreement for more details.

Please note O2 Insure is only available to O2 customers over the age of 16 and must be purchased within 14 days of purchasing or upgrading to a new phone from O2.

How to buy O2 Insure

Taking out O2 Insure is easy. As long as you do it within 14 days of buying a new phone from one of our O2 stores (or 28 days for online customers). Or you can take it out when you're upgrading through us - even if it's a free upgrade. O2 insure can also be purchased by calling our Customer Services. If you're a Pay Monthly customer, you'll find the number printed at the top of your bill.

Download a claim form

If you've already lodged an insurance claim and need to fill out a claim form, you can download one here.

Once you've downloaded your claim form, you'll need to print it out, fill it in and then either fax or post it back to O2 Insure. Details are located at the top of the claim form (Please note that claim forms without claim reference numbers cannot be processed. So don't forget to add yours).

If you'd rather talk to someone, you can also lodge an insurance claim by calling the Customer Services number on your last O2 bill.
