When can I upgrade?
You can upgrade in the last month of your contract. If your monthly bill is regularly greater than £40, or you are a member of O2 Select, you may be eligible for an early upgrade, please call us.
What can I get?
All O2 pay monthly customers who want to upgrade can choose from any of our current new customer offers. If you are happy with your existing handset, you could save at least £10 a month on your tariff with O2 simplicity tariffs. Upgrading your mobile
Upgrade with us and we’ll reward your loyalty by giving you 10% of the value of your top-ups as call time worth up to £200 or 5% as discount off a new handset up to £100. Based on top ups over the last 18 months or since connection or your last upgrade whichever is the most recent. It’s up to you how you take it! So, the more you top-up, the more you receive!
How can I upgrade?
You can choose from a great selection of Pay & Go mobiles and you can upgrade in one of two ways:
- Upgrade over the phone by calling 2550 from your mobile
- Upgrade in one of our O2 shops
