If you are an existing O2 customer you can move across to simplicity by visiting an O2 retail store or call our customer care line on 01226 784068. If you have signed a minimum term contract you will need to wait until the end of your minimum term though .
If you are moving to O2 from another network, your handset may be locked. When you insert your new O2 SIM card you may see a blocked, barred or SP locked message on the screen. Although your local O2 shop does not offer unlocking, they will be able to advise who offers that service.
