Please note, by switching tariff, any free allowances of minutes, texts or browsing you currently receive will be replaced by the O2 Unlimited free monthly allowances outlined above and the Talkalot call rates. If you switch tariff, you will not be able to switch back to your current call rates.
You can switch tariff once per month and your new free allowances will start from your next anniversary date.
Check your free allowance balance
You can check your free allowance balance by either calling 4444 free or by sending a SMS with the word "balance" to 20202 free.
