Online Pay & Go offers a choice of free allowances when you top-up. Free texts with Text Anytime. Free anytime minutes to any UK network with Talk Anytime. Free off-peak minutes to any UK network with Talk Offpeak. Free minutes to O2 mobiles or standard UK landlines from a registered postcode with Favourite Place.

If you are on text anytime and are only receiving 1000 text messages currently and want to get unlimited then simply text the word UNLIMITED to 21300.
These tariffs are available to new and existing Online Pay & Go customers. Your free monthly allowance will be set to the option you requested when you ordered. You can change your free monthly allowance once each month. Please note, if you are already on a tariff where you receive a monthly free allowance of calls or texts, this will be replaced by your chosen free allowance.

- The allowance can be used for UK text and UK picture messages. One picture message is equivalent to three text messages. A picture messaging phone is required to send picture messages. Applies to use in the UK only.
- The inclusive minutes can be used for any UK landlines (starting 01, 02 or 03) and UK mobile networks (except 07744 and 07755 numbers) at off-peak times only and excludes video calls. Applies to use in the UK only. Off-peak is all times except 7.30am - 7.30pm Monday-Friday.
- The inclusive minutes can be used for any UK landlines (starting 01, 02 or 03) and O2 UK mobiles (except 07744 and 07755 numbers) and excludes video calls. Applies to use in the UK only.
- Browsing allowance includes GPRS WAP on O2 Active and/or i-mode® browsing. Applies to use in the UK. 1MB is equivalent to browsing 150-200 pages, dependent on content. A minimum balance of 15p is required to start a GPRS WAP or i-mode session in the UK.
