Existing Pay & Go customers
To update your Favourite Place tariff to get unlimited minutes and the new call rates or to switch to Favourite Place:
- Text your postcode to 22204 free e.g. SL14DX to 22204
- Call 2425 free
Please note, if you are already on a tariff where you receive a monthly free allowance of calls, texts or browsing, this will be replaced by the Favourite Place free monthly allowances outlined above and the Talkalot call rates. If you switch to this tariff, you will not be able to switch back to your current call rates.
You can change your postcode once every 30 days by texting CHANGEPLACE plus your new postcode to 22204 free.
You can switch tariff once per month and your new free allowances will start from your next anniversary date.

Check your free allowance balance
You can check your free allowance balance by either calling 4444 free or by sending a SMS with the word "balance" to 20202 free.
