No, iPhone 5 requires a nano sim. You’ll need to sim swap your current sim to a nano sim.

Pay Monthly customers can upgrade early depending on their tariff. Find out your upgrade date by texting UPGRADE to 21602. Or check on My O2 or the My O2 app on your smartphone.
You can pick a nano sim up from one of our stores.
Remember – you won’t need to do this if you’re getting your iPhone 5 from O2. We’ll supply a nano sim with it automatically.

If you ever need to revert your nano sim to another phone, we'll give you a converter.
Your nano sim pack will come with two converters: one for micro sims and one for standard sims. If you ever need another one, you can get one at an O2 shop.
