By switching tariff, any free allowances of minutes, texts or browsing you currently receive will be replaced by the free monthly allowances outlined above in your chosen tariff and the standard call rates. If you switch tariff, you will not be able to switch back to your current call rates.

- If you connect in-store the default tariff will be Favourite Place
and we will send you a text to ask for your postcode.
- Excessive usage policy applies. The text allowance can only be
used for texts in the UK to UK registered mobile phones only. It
excludes picture messages.
- Video, premium rate numbers, Inmarsat (calls to or from satellite
phones i.e. Thuraya), mobile internet calls and calls to some countries
are excluded from the free allowance. Also exclusdes calls to Solomon
Islands, Sao Tome and Principe, Sudan, Norfolk Island, Cuba, Papau
New Guinea, Vanuatu, Somalia and Syria. All excluded calls are charged
at the International Call Bolt On rate.
