Student Offer 20% off O2 Refresh Airtime Plans and Accessories Monzo Card with a £30 reward (applicable from 8 September 2017)
This offer for students to get 20% off O2 Refresh Airtime Plans and accessories and a Monzo card with a £30 reward after making the first transaction from 8 September 2017(the "Offer"). The Offer is being promoted by Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX ("O2").
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Offer.
The Offer is open to UK students over the age of 18.
The Offer is available from 8 September 2017.
You (hereinafter "you" or "Student") will be eligible for a 20% discount on:
O2 Refresh Airtime Plans on new or upgrading 24 month contracts (the "Airtime Discount"); and/or
accessories (the "Accessories Discount") (together the "Discounts")
If you also sign up for a Monzo prepaid debit card (the “Monzo Card”) and top up £100, the Monzo Card be loaded with £30 of credit within 10 working days of the first account transaction (the “Monzo Card Offer”), which will be either:
making a payment or any value using the Monzo Card;
checking your Monzo Card pin at an ATM;
withdrawing any amount of cash at an ATM using your Monzo Card; or
sending any amount of money from your Monzo Card.
You are not eligible for the Monzo Card Offer if you already have, or have previously had a Monzo Card.
To be eligible for the Airtime Discount you must purchase or have purchased an eligible handset and/or tablet or dongle (each a "Device") on O2 Refresh. Eligible handsets shall be determined by O2 in its sole discretion and excludes any device which O2 notifies is excluded on www.o2.co.uk/studentoffer
To be eligible for the Monzo Card you must meet the eligibility criteria of Monzo Bank Limited whose registered address is 230 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2QY and accepted the following terms https://monzo.com/terms/. Your use of the Monzo Card is subject at all times to these terms.
SIM only, Pay As You Go, Family sharer and Business tariffs are not eligible.
The Airtime Discount is available in O2 stores, on O2.co.uk, or through an O2 call centre. The Accessories Discount is available in O2 stores or O2.co.uk.
The Accessories Discount is not available for wearables (including smartwatches, smart bands and fitness trackers).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Discounts are not available for handsets or tablets.
To access the Discounts you must: * register a free of charge Unidays account at o2.co.uk/studentoffer; * complete your discount registration by texting the keyword provided by Unidays to 61202; and * follow the text instructions (together the "Registration Process").
To access the Monzo Card Offer you must: * have signed up the Airtime Discount; * register for a Monzo Card at with Monzo Bank Limited at www.monzo.com/o2 by entering your email; and * activate your Monzo account by downloading the Monzo app and transfering £100 from a different account;After topping up £100 to the Monzo Card, your Monzo Card will be credited to the value of £30 within 10 working days of the first account transaction.

Use of this section of the O2 website will be subject to this third party’s terms and conditions. O2 cannot be held responsible for and do not accept any liability, either express or implied as to such components, including but not limited to their accuracy, relevance or quality.
You acknowledge and agree that O2 are not responsible for the availability of any third party products and services or what you access in relation to the Offer and through the Registration Process. O2 shall not be held responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or services available from such third parties. Any dealings between you and any other third party, including services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are made between you and the third party. Therefore, O2 are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings.

The Airtime Discount will be available if you successfully complete the Registration Process within 28 days of purchasing a valid new or upgraded 24 month Refresh contract.
The Discounts will be applied within three (3) working days of completing the Registration Process and the Monzo card will be sent within 1 working day of Activation (the "Process Periods").
O2 does not guarantee that the Discounts will be applied or the Monzo card will be sent within the relevant Process Periods and reserves the right to extend the Process Periods at any time.
The Offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other O2 offers (including without limitation O2's Friends and Family discount).
The Airtime Discount will only be available in respect of one eligible handset and one eligible tablet or dongle.
You will lose the Airtime Discount: * if you cancel or return your Device or contract under O2's Change of Mind period; or * after the expiry of the 24 months’ Minimum Period of your Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement.
Students must retain their receipts as proof of purchase.
O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time on reasonable notice.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer only includes the Discounts and there will be no cash or other alternatives.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
The Offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
