Voucher Code Terms and Conditions

1. Voucher code can be redeemed against the upfront cost of an Eligible Devices purchased from o2.co.uk. All other sales channels are excluded.
2. “Eligible Devices” are all new Huawei MediaPad T5-10 devices advertised on o2.co.uk on a Pay Monthly O2 Refresh contract. Devices with no upfront cost or purchased outright for cash price only, are excluded.
3. Voucher code is valid until 13 May 2020 (the “Expiry Date”), after which it will expire. Invalid, duplicate or expired vouchers will not be accepted.
4. Voucher code can only be used once, in a single transaction. One voucher code per transaction. Voucher is personal to the recipient and not transferable.
5. Your unique voucher code can be found in the comms O2 sent to you. Voucher codes must be presented at the point of purchase. To claim the discount, adjust the up-front value to £30 when building your plan and enter the Voucher code in the “Got a Promo?” section before you check out on the basket page. Voucher codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
6. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given if the Upfront Cost is less than £30.
7. If you return your device and if a refund is due on that return, the refund will not include the amount you redeemed using this Voucher code.
8. O2 is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. Please look after your voucher.
9. Offer and eligibility of voucher code is subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
10. O2 reserves the right to withdraw this offer and/or amend the Terms and Conditions, in which case notice shall be included at the head of these Terms and Conditions.
