Voucher Code Terms and Conditions
Voucher code can be redeemed against the Upfront Cost (up to a maximum of £20) of an eligible phone purchased Online from o2.co.uk. All other sales channels are excluded.
“Eligible phones or tablets” are Pay Monthly phones or tablets advertised on o2.co.uk. The following devices are excluded from this promotion; iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13, iPhone 12 Mini, Samsung Z Fold 3, Samsung S21, Samsung S21 Ultra, Samsung S21 Plus, Samsung. S21FE, Google Pixel 6. Devices with no upfront cost or purchased for cash price only, are excluded. Like New devices are also excluded.
Voucher code is valid until 23:59 on Wednesday 19th January 2022 (the “Expiry Date”), after which it will expire. Invalid, duplicate or expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Voucher code can only be used once, in a single transaction. One voucher code per transaction. Voucher is personal to the recipient and not transferable.
Your unique voucher code will appear once you reach the basket page. Voucher codes must be presented at the point of purchase. Enter the Voucher code in the “Got a Promo?” section or click “Apply Code” before you check out. Voucher codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given if the Upfront Cost is less than £20.00.
If you return your device and if a refund is due on that return, the refund will not include the amount you redeemed using this Voucher code.
O2 is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. Please look after your voucher.
O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Terms and Conditions.
