Increased 4G Data Introductory Offer terms and conditions

  1. Increased 4G Data introductory offer is only available to new and upgrading 4G O2 customers connecting to our 4G service.
  2. This offer is only available to customers taking the following offers:
    • a. Customers who take a £27 a month O2 Refresh airtime contract including 3GB a month of data (comprising a £22 a month airtime contract and a 3GB data bolt on for £5 a month)
    • b. Customers who take a £32 a month O2 Refresh airtime contract including 5GB a month of data (comprising either a £22 a month airtime contract and a 5GB Bolt On for £10 a month or a £27 a month airtime contract and a 5GB data bolt on for £5 a month)
    • c. Customers who take a £31 a month 12 month Simplicity contract including 3GB a month of data (comprising a £26 a month tariff and a 3GB data bolt on for £5 a month)
    • d. Customers who take a £36 a month 12 month Simplicity contract including 5GB a month of data (comprising a £26 a month tariff and a 5GB data bolt on for £10 a month)
    • e. Customers who take an O2 On & On 24 month tariff from £37 a month including 3GB a month of data (comprising at least £32 a month airtime contract and a 3GB data bolt on for £5 a month)
    • f. Customers who take an O2 On & On 24 month tariff from £42 a month including 5GB a month of data (comprising either at least £32 a month airtime contract and a 5GB data bolt on for £10 a month or at least £37 a month airtime contract and a 5GB data bolt on for £5 a month)
  3. Under this introductory offer, customers will get the following (above the standard packages set out at clause 2):
    • a. Customers who take a £27 a month O2 Refresh airtime contract will get 5GB a month of data (comprising a £22 a month airtime contract and a 5GB data bolt on for £5 a month)
    • b. Customers who take a £32 a month O2 Refresh airtime contract will get 8GB a month of data (comprising either a £22 a month airtime contract and a 8GB data bolt on for £10 a month or a £27 a month airtime contract and a 8GB data bolt on for £5 a month)
    • c. Customers who take a £31 a month 12 month Simplicity contract will get 5GB a month of data (comprising a £26 a month tariff and a 5GB data bolt on for £5 a month)
    • d. Customers who take a £36 a month 12 month Simplicity contract will get 8GB a month of data (comprising a £26 a month tariff and a 8GB data bolt on for £10 a month)
    • e. Customers who take an O2 On & On 24 month tariff from £37 a month will get 5GB a month of data (comprising at least £32 a month airtime contract and a 5GB data bolt on for £5 a month)
    • f. Customers who take an O2 On & On 24 month tariff from £42 a month will get 8GB a month of data (comprising either at least £37 a month airtime contract and a 8GB data bolt on for £5 a month or at least £32 a month airtime contract and a 8GB data bolt on for £10 a month)
  4. This offer is subject to status, credit checks and payment by direct debit. It is also subject to availability.
  5. The data offer will end 31 October 2013 and then our standard 4G offerings at clause 2 will be avialable.

  6. Any unused data allowance will expire after 30 days and will not roll over into the following month.
  7. Your standard terms and conditions of service (including your tariff terms and your airtime agreement) will continue to apply when using the data allowance.
  8. The data allowance is for your personal non-commercial use. If, in our reasonable opinion, you're using it for commercial purposes or contrary to your terms of service, we reserve the right to charge you or restrict your use.
  9. We may vary or amend these terms, but if it's to your significant disadvantage we'll notify you.
  10. Any amendment to these terms and conditions will be explained at the top of this page.
  11. We may remove or discontinue this offer at any time.
  12. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the data, if you are, in our reasonable opinion, in breach of your terms of service.
  13. Unless terminated earlier, the promotional data will last until you terminate your agreement, remove the data, or take out a new agreement (whichever is the soonest).
