National Databank - Christmas Sim Card - Terms & Conditions ("Terms")

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Christmas SIM Card Voucher (“Voucher”) offer. Participation and redemption instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

Eligibility & Participation

  1. Vouchers will be available from 7 November 2022, whilst stocks last.

  2. To activate the Voucher code, you will need an O2 PAYG £10 Big Bundle SIM. If you don’t have one, you can visit o2uk.co/PAYGSIM to get one for free. This is a zero-rated page for our existing O2 customers meaning O2 customers don’t need data to access it.

  3. Employees, contractors or anyone professionally connected to Virgin Media or O2, are excluded from this promotion.

  4. 1 voucher per person. Multiple vouchers redeemed by the same person (whether on the same phone or not) will be considered void and all such vouchers will be cancelled.

Availability

  1. Vouchers will be available at o2.co.uk/national-databank in November 2022, December 2022 and January 2023.

  2. All eligible customers will receive at least 7GB of free data.

  3. All Vouchers are subject to availability, whilst stocks last.

How to activate

  1. If the number submitted is an O2 Pay As You Go number, and a voucher is available, a unique voucher code will be sent to the number submitted via SMS within 48 hours.

  2. Once you have a Voucher, O2 customers must call our automated top up number 4444 using their O2 SIM card to add the data to their O2 number as they would with any other PAYG voucher. This Voucher will last for 30 days from activation and will automatically expire after this date. O2 will not provide a replacement.

  3. Existing O2 PAYG £10 Big Bundle customers will need to activate the Voucher on their Big Bundle renewal date.

Other important terms

  1. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.

  2. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, O2 reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion or amend these terms & conditions.

  3. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government or government body, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

  4. O2 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

  5. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
