Pay As You Go Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are effective from 21 July 2021.

Please note this Bolt On will no longer be available to existing customers to opt in to from 21 July 2021 onwards.

  1. The Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On is available to all Telefónica UK Limited (“O2”) Pay As You Go customers.

  2. The Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On gives you 100 minutes of calls from the UK to UK landlines and mobiles (excluding video calls) and calls from our Europe Zone (excluding the UK) to landlines and mobiles in our Europe Zone (excluding video calls) for £3 payment (subject to having sufficient credit).

  3. You can purchase the Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On by sending SNACKMINS100 to 21300 or by calling 2202 for free from your O2 mobile.

  4. The allowance you receive from the Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On will expire at 23:59 31 days after the day on which you purchase the Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On.

  5. You can purchase multiple Snack 100 Minutes Bolt Ons if you already have the Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On. Each time you purchase Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On, an additional 100 minutes will be added to any remaining allowance from your previous purchase(s) of the Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On and the Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On will expire 31 days after the day on which you last purchased the Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On. Provided you have sufficient credit, you will be charged £3 each time the Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On is successfully applied. If you do not have sufficient credit, you will not be able to purchase the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On.

  6. Eligible calls made using your Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On allowance are counted by the minute not by the second and will be rounded up to the nearest minute.

  7. Your Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On allowance can be used for calls (excluding video calls) made in the UK from your O2 mobile to:

    1. UK landlines starting 01, 02 or 03; and

    2. Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man landlines; and

    3. Numbers allocated to UK mobile network operators that provide mobile services with substantial national coverage. This currently includes the major mobile operators O2, Everything Everywhere, Vodafone and Three, and other virtual mobile providers such as Virgin Mobile and Tesco Mobile.

  8. Your Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On calls allowance can be used for calls (excluding video calls) made in our Europe Zone (excluding the UK) from your O2 mobile to:

    1. landlines in our Europe Zone; and

    2. Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man landlines; and

    3. Numbers allocated to mobile network operators that provide mobile services with substantial national coverage in our Europe Zone.

  9. Your Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On allowance cannot be used for the following calls:

    1. Video calls

    2. Calls to 08, 05 and 07 service numbers. Charges for calls to these numbers can be viewed at o2.co.uk/servicenumbers

    3. Calls to premium rate and directory enquiries numbers. Charges for calls to these numbers can be viewed at o2.co.uk/premium

    4. Any calls made whilst outside our Europe Zone, including whilst in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, will be charged at standard roaming rates, which can be viewed at o2.co.uk/abroad

    5. Any calls made from the UK to an international destination, including Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man mobiles, will be charged at standard international rates, which can be viewed at o2.co.uk/international

    6. Any calls from our Europe Zone (excluding the UK) to any destination outside of our Europe Zone, will be charged at standard roaming rates, which can be viewed at o2.co.uk/abroad

  10. O2 may exclude from your Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On allowance any calls which we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent purposes or for call forwarding services, onward calling services or numbers that pay a revenue share.

  11. If you have a tariff allowance which includes calls to landlines and mobiles in our Europe Zone, your tariff allowance will be used first followed by your Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On allowance.

  12. If you have a monthly recurring voice Bolt On which includes calls to landlines and mobiles in our Europe Zone, your Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On allowance will be used first followed by your monthly recurring voice Bolt On allowance.

  13. If you have the Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On alongside a More Minutes Bolt On, calls will use your More Minutes Bolt On allowance first followed by your Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On allowance.

  14. You can view your remaining Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On allowance by visiting o2.co.uk/myo2 or alternatively you can send BALANCE to 20202 or by calling 4444 for free from your O2 mobile.

  15. O2 reserves the right to remove, vary or amend any element of these terms and conditions and / or the Snack 100 Mins Bolt On upon reasonable notice. If we amend or withdraw these terms and conditions and / or Snack 100 Minutes Bolt On to your material disadvantage we will notify you. Notice will be provided by text message. Changes will be effective immediately upon our having notified you.
