  2. The current Big Bundles and their inclusive allowances are as follows:
    • £5 Big Bundle which includes unlimited minutes and unlimited texts in exchange for £5 each month;
    • £10 Big Bundle which includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 3GB of data, with data rollover, in exchange for £10 each month;
    • £15 Big Bundle which includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 6GB of data, with data rollover, in exchange for £15 a month;

    • £30 Big Bundle which includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 20GB of data, with data rollover and international discounts in exchange for £30 each month.
  3. The minimum top up amount of all Big Bundles is £10. Therefore, if you have the £5 Big Bundle, the minimum amount you can top up each time is £10 and a £10 credit balance is able to provide the £5 Big Bundle for 2 consecutive months.
  4. You may be on a Big Bundle that is no longer available for new customers or existing customers toswitch to. See o2.co.uk/terms/legacybigbundle to view our legacy Big Bundle tariffs.
  5. To get a Big Bundle, you’ll need a Big Bundle sim card and your Big Bundle will start once you activate the Big Bundle by topping up your credit balance with at least the Big Bundle value. When we deduct the first month's payment for your Big Bundle from your credit balance, you will receive your inclusive monthly allowances which will be valid up until midnight of the day before your monthly Big Bundle renewal date, which will be one month from your Big Bundle start date.
  6. On your monthly renewal date, we will attempt to deduct payment from your credit balance and if successful, the Big Bundle will automatically renew on your monthly renewal date and you will receive your new inclusive monthly allowances. If you don't have enough credit balance, then the Big Bundle will not renew and you will not receive a new set of inclusive monthly allowances therefore you will be charged at our standard rates. To renew the Big Bundle again, you will need to top up a sufficient amount so that your credit balance is of at least the Big Bundle value and then we will deduct payment and provide you with another month's allowance which will be valid up until midnight of the day before your new monthly renewal date.
  7. If you don't have enough balance for us to deduct payment for the Big Bundle that you've selected, you'll be charged at standard tariff rates. Standard tariff rates for Big Bundles can be found at o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/pay-as-you-go-big-bundle-tariff-charges.
  8. Once a month you can switch to a different Big Bundle by calling 2202 or via the My O2 app which will take effect from your Big Bundle renewal date.
  9. Calls and texts allowances expire after one calendar month and cannot be rolled over. Data allowances can be used for 4G and non-4G data (excluding 5G).
  10. Data rollover is available on £10, £15, £20 and £30 Big Bundles only. On your monthly renewal date you can carry forward up to 100% of your standard monthly data allowance (“Roll Over Data”) into the following month’s data bundle, subject to your total data bundle (Roll Over Data + standard monthly allowance) not exceeding 200% of your standard monthly data allowance at any one time. Any data that cannot be rolled over will expire. Roll Over Data will expire immediately if you fail to renew your Big Bundle on time or if you change tariffs.
