Our Like New phones are phones that have been returned to us under a customer’s 14 day cooling off period, or warranty replacements. All phones have been fully restored to their original state and tested for extra peace of mind.

We’ve split our refurbs into Three categories, so you know exactly what you’re getting. Perfect, Nearly Perfect and Perfectly Fine

Perfect

Our Grade A refurbs are devices that have been returned within the 14 day cooling off period. They really are as good as new.

What to expect from a Perfect refurb

• looks as good as new
• no scratches or scuffs
• comes with the latest operating system
• security wiped, with no content or contacts
• comes in an O2 branded box, not in original packaging
• 12 Month Warranty

Almost Perfect

Our Almost Perfect devices are devices that have been returned within the 14 day cooling off period or 12 month warranty period.

What to expect from a Perfectly New refurb:

• no scratches on screen
• comes with the latest operating system
• security wiped, with no content or contacts
• superficial scratches/scuffs on the back or sides
• chips up to 2mm long
• maximum of five blemishes
• comes in an O2 branded box, not in original packaging.
• 12 Month Warranty

Perfectly Fine

Our Perfectly Fine devices are devices which have been returned within the 14 day cooling off period or 12 month warranty period.

What to expect from a Perfectly Fine refurb:

• Superficial scratches on the back, side and screen
• No cracks on the screen
• No more than 5 deep scratches or chips of up to 2mm in length
• Security wiped with no content or contacts
• Comes with the latest operating system
• Comes in an O2 branded box, not in original packaging
• 6 months warranty

Packaging and user guides

All of our refurbs are delivered in an O2 branded box, so don’t come with the original packaging, and don’t include a charger, headset, sim pin or user guide. If you need a user guide, you can can find it on the manufacturer's website.
