1. Prizes: One of 50 x WWNW-B11B Wena Wrist Pro band and one of 50 x Three Hands Silver Premium Black (WNW-HWT01B/B) face (combined prize). This Offer is open to residents of Great Britain only aged 18 and over, excluding employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the Offer. Purchase and Internet access required. Keep receipt or online confirmation.
2. To participate in the Offer and enter the prize draw for the chance to win a Prize as set out below (the “Draw”), you (hereinafter “you” or the “Participant”) need to purchase an Xperia™ 1 from Telefonica UK Limited’s (“O2”) direct sales channels which include any O2 store, www.o2.co.uk or through O2 telesales during the Promotion Period (each a “Qualifying Device”).
3. Once you have purchased your Qualifying Device, for the chance to win one of 50 x WWNW-B11B Wena Wrist Pro band and one of 50 x Three Hands Silver Premium Black (WNW-HWT01B/B) face (combined each a “Prize”) you need to go to www.xperiarewards.co.uk/O2Xperia1 during the before 30th July 2019 and enter (i) your name, address, email address and your mobile number; (ii) your new Qualifying Device’s IMEI number (access this by entering *#06# into your new Xperia™ 1 handset keypad or viewing the product packaging label) (iii) your proof of purchase in the form of a receipt/email/online confirmation; and consent to be added to the Wena by Sony prize draw (an “Entry”).
4. You are only eligible to one Entry per Qualifying Device.
5. All eligible Entries will be entered into the Draw. The winners will be selected via a randomised computer process/by an independent adjudicator (each a “Winner”).
6. The Draw shall take place within 10 working days of 30th July 2019 and the Winners will be contacted by the Promoter within 28 working days of the draw via email. The Winners must accept their prize within 14 days of date email sent. If the Promoter is unable to contact any Winner within this time, their prize will be lost and an alternative winner will be selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8. Winners should allow up to 30 days for the fulfilment of their Prize. Prizes will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. The Promoter does not accept liability for any lost or stolen prizes
9. If you return your Qualifying Device because of a change of mind, your Entry will be invalidated, and you will not be entitled to enter again into the Draw.

13. The Prize is supplied with a warranty from the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer or visit the manufacturer's website in order to register your Prize for the full manufacturer’s warranty. No other warranty is provided.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted whether due to technical difficulties affecting electronic communication or any other reason.
15. Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer and promotion at any time but will use all endeavours to minimise the effect to the Paritcipants in order to avoid disappointment.
16. The Prize cannot be exchanged and there is no cash or other reward available, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
17. You are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Offer (including without limitation the purchase of a Qualifying Device), including accessing the internet if applicable. Costs to participate in the draw via the internet may vary so please check with your local service provider for current charges.
18. Any personal information, including, without limitation, your name, age, address (including postcode), mobile phone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this Offer and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of this Offer. The Sony Privacy Notice displayed at http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/ under "Privacy" applies to any processing of data performed in connection herewith.
19. If required by a regulatory authority, and/or if we consider it lawful, necessary or appropriate to do so, we may elect to make available a list of Winner’s surname and/or county to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the Winners’ list by emailing O2Xperia1@xperiarewards.co.uk. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
20. The Promoter will not be responsible for any failed connection by your attempt to access the Offer website required for an Entry for whatever reason.
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies, services providers and suppliers will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Offer and promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law (whichever is greater).
22. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
