In addition, any instructions on how to enter this Offer form part of these terms and conditions.

1. This Offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 and over only, but not employees or their immediate families of Sony Mobile Communications, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Purchase and internet access required.
2. To participate in this offer you (hereinafter “You” or the “Participant”) need to purchase either an Xperia™ XA1, Xperia™ XA1 Ultra or an Xperia™ L1 from Telefonica UK Limited’s (“O2”) direct sales channels which include any O2 store, www.o2.co.uk or through O2 telesales (Each a “Qualifying Device”) during the Promotion Period from 22nd February 2018 00:00:00 to 4th April 2018 23:59:59 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Having purchased either Qualifying Device from O2 during the Promotion Period, you are eligible to access the PETER RABBIT™ content from the Xperia™ Lounge app in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4. Participants are only eligible to redeem once per qualifying device (validated by IMEI number) and claims are limited to one per household. No bulk or third party claims will be accepted.
5. In addition to access to the PETER RABBIT™ content, once you’ve purchased your Qualifying Device and your redemption leaflet has been scanned, you will automatically be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of 2 prizes:
   1. PRIZE 1) a family ticket (4 people) to the PETER RABBIT™ London premiere movie on 11th March. Entries for the premiere ticket prize will close at midnight 1st March, with only purchases made prior to that entering into the prize draw. The winner of the premiere prize will be selected at random on 2nd March and contacted within 24 hours.
   2. PRIZE 2) a family holiday (4 people) to the home of PETER RABBIT™, the Lake District. Entries for the holiday prize will run until the end of the promotion, 4th April, with the winner drawn on 5th April and contacted within 24 hours.
6. All winners have 7 days to respond to communication before a new winner will be drawn.
7. You will only be contacted if you are a winner.
8. Prize 1 includes four tickets for the UK premiere of PETER RABBIT™ on the 11th March 2018 in London, 1 night at a 4-star hotel in a family room in central London on 10th March 2018 including breakfast and £250 towards travel & spending money.
9. To take part in the Prize 1 premiere ticket prize the following obligations and prize conditions apply:
   1. Accommodation is based on a family of 4 sharing a family room; a family of 4 consists of 2 adults & 2 children under the age of 16 on date of travel
   2. Prize excludes travel between winner’s home & departure train station
   3. Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered
   4. Prizes are not transferable unless specified otherwise
   5. Winners must have access to a personal email account
   6. Winners will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit
10. Prize 2 includes 3 nights at a 4 star hotel near Lake Windermere, Lake District in a family room including breakfast, half day bike hire in the Lake District, family tree top adventure, entry to Lake District farm park, entry to The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction and Afternoon Tea and £250 towards food, drinks, tips, travel and spending money.
11. To take part in the Prize 2 Lake District family travel package prize the following obligations and conditions apply:
    1. Accommodation is based on a family of 4 sharing a family room; a family of 4 consists of 2 adults & 2 children under the age of 15 on date of travel
    2. Winner and all guests must travel together on the same trip & all elements of the prize must be taken at the same time
    3. Activity/accommodation vouchers may not be sent to winner until 7 days prior to event
    4. Where relevant, flights do not include hold baggage, reserved seats or meals unless otherwise specified
    5. Prize excludes travel between winner’s home & departure airport
    6. Specified accommodation, restaurants & tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability.
    7. All tours and experiences will be conducted in English; a translator can be added at an additional cost
    8. Individual supplier terms & conditions apply including, but not limited to:
       1. Tree top adventure: Minimum height 1m
       2. Farm park: Open school holidays and weekends April – September
       3. Car hire restrictions apply
    9. Winners should allow up to 30 days for their prize to be confirmed
    10. All prizes including flights are non-changeable, non-refundable & non-transferable
    11. Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered
    12. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, new year, valentine’s day, or public holidays in the country of departure or the destination country unless stated otherwise
    13. Winners will be required to sign & complete a winner information & prize acceptance form & to submit copies of their passports in order to enable IMS to book their prize trip
    14. Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner form unless stated otherwise
    15. Winner will be required to submit 3 preferred departure dates at least 1 calendar month apart
    16. Prize must be taken before 30th April 2019 unless specified otherwise
    17. Prizes are not transferable unless specified otherwise
    18. Any necessary visas, vaccinations, passports, insurance & any associated costs are the responsibility of the winner & their guests
    19. Hotel and room taxes are included. Incidentals, resort fees and city taxes are all payable locally by the winner. These cannot be prepaid.
    20. Winners must have access to a personal email account
    21. Winners will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit
    22. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner
12. The draw for prize 2 shall take place on the 5th April and the winning participant will be contacted by the Promoter on 6th April 2018 by phone. The winners must accept their prize within 72 hours of being contacted. If we are unable to contact the winners within this time an alternative winner will be selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries, claims or participation in the Offer that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted whether due to technical difficulties affecting electronic communication or any other reason.
15. Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter and O2 and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and O2 reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time but will use all endeavours to minimise the effect to the Participants in order to avoid disappointment.
16. The Prizes cannot be exchanged and there is no cash or other reward available, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute Prizes for a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

18. You are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the offer (including without limitation the purchase of the Qualifying Device) or accessing the internet if applicable). 19. Any personal information, including, without limitation, your name, age, address (including postcode), mobile phone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this Offer and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of this Offer (including subsequent promotions as stated in these Terms and Conditions). The Sony Privacy Notice displayed at http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/ under "Privacy" applies to any processing of data performed in connection herewith.
20. The Prize winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion.
21. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion and Offer is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion and Offer or accepting or using the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the value of the Prizes or the minimum allowable by law (whichever is greater).
23. The Promoter will not be responsible for any failed connection by your attempt to access this Website or O2’s website for whatever reason.
24. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
25. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
26. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
