1. This promotion is open to UK residents who purchase either a Moto 360 (2nd Gen), Moto 360 Sport, Samsung Gear S2 or Fitbit Blaze between 12th May 2016 and 1st June 2016 (“Eligible Device”) from O2 Stores, Online or Telesales. (“Eligible Customers”).
2. Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to a free 4 month PureGym membership with each purchase of an Eligible Device subject to availability.  Offer excludes PureGyms that are yet to open, LAX clubs and London Canary Wharf, Victoria, Piccadilly, Holborn, Great Portland Street, St Paul’s and Hammersmith. 
3. The closing date for the Offer is 1st June 2016 and for claiming your free gift is 8th June  2016.  Customers must redeem their free membership by calling PureGym Member services 0344 477 0005 and supplying the code on the back of the Voucher provided with your Eligible Device.

By redeeming this offer you agree to the health declaration that can be found in your personal member area.  If you do not agree to the health declaration you must inform PureGymMember services on 0344 477 0005 before visiting a PureGym. Free 4 months membership must be used by 31st December 2016.  Where any portion of the free 4 months membership has not been used by 31st December 2016 then this unused time will be forfeited. 
5. Only one free 4 month membership per customer.  Multiple redemptions not permitted.  No applications from organised groups, third parties, or agents, will be allowed. Incomplete applications or applications that are not in accordance with the application instructions will be rejected.
6. Where you return you Eligible Device to O2 within the 14 day cooling off period then O2 has the right to cancel your free PureGym membership. Where you redeem a membership and cannot provide proof that you are an Eligible Customer then O2 or PureGym may cancel your membership.
7. Responsibility is not accepted for applications damaged, lost, or delayed as a result of any computer hardware, network or software failure of any kind or for lost or damaged vouchers.
8. Applicants should retain a copy of their receipt as proof of purchase.  1000 memberships available, first come first served and subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the free gift for an alternative of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative. Membership valid for the PureGym club chosen at redemption for the 6 months period. No transfer to an alternative PureGym club is permitted.
9. By participating in the promotion, all applicants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All application instructions form part of the rules.
10. Free PureGym membership if personal to you the customer and cannot be transferred or sold to any third party.  Voucher has no cash value and no cash alternative is available
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
